In the gym, we can practice a lot of our gross motor skills. We practice running, riding on the cars, throwing a ball, kicking a ball, and climbing (in and out of the pool). We love spending time in the gym!
Looking at and listening to books is a favorite in Infant 2. Early exposure to books leads to foundational knowledge in letters, letter sounds, and even speaking!
We have been spending our rainy days inside with bubbles! What a great way to practice gross and fine motors skills!
This week, we learned all about weather. We talked about rain, clouds, sunshine, umbrellas, and rainbows. With all the fun crafts, we managed to squeeze in some sensory play. We like to call this one, “a cloud in a bag.” You can make one at home with a Ziploc bag and shaving cream!
Our friends in Infant 2 decided to lounge around on this rainy day.
We started out this week with practicing eating off plates in the classroom! Our friends did an awesome job!
We’ve had a lot of fun today! We love looking at ourselves on the camera!
